Heat ½gal cider. Add heated cider, sugar, yeast nutrient, campden tablet, and
pectin enzyme to bucket. Stir to dissolve.
Add remaining cider and pulp. Let sit 24 hours. Add yeast. Stir daily for 5 days.
Let rest for 2 days. Squeeze bag of pulp and gently transfer cider to gallon jug.
Attach airlock. Let ferment for about 3 months. Transfer to bottle when yeast
settles to bottom.
